2 Brief description of the process

The flow control system uses a high-level groove rotameter. All kinds of materials are continuously pumped into the high-level tank by the pump, and the high-level tank is kept full through the overflow pipe, so that the flow control is stable.

In order to maintain a certain extraction temperature, a titanium steam coil heating device or a plate heat exchanger is installed in the feed liquid and nickel sulfate high-level tank.

3 Production line control points

Driving order:Open the valve of the organic phase storage tank and open the valve of the liquid storage tank; The organic phase and the material liquid transfer pump are turned on sequentially, and the color of the organic phase outlet is adjusted according to the output color of each level.

Shutdown sequence: stop the water phase and organic phase transfer pumps, and close the tank valve. If the vehicle is shut down for a long time, it is recommended to clean up the materials in the tank.
